8 Things to Do Before You Sleep
Sleep is a natural resting conditions experienced by humans and other animals that are critical to health. There are at least 8 things you can do before bed:
1. Pray
Always remember that God the Almighty. At least pray that we can still get up again tomorrow.
2. Prepare your bed
Arrange and order your bed in order to feel comfortable so you will sleep more soundly.Quality of sleep will be better.
3. Create an ideal room temperature for sleep
Make the room feel cool or comfortable as possible. You can use the air conditioner, ventilation fans or a safe setting.
4. Create the circumstances surrounding comfortable as possible.
For some people, sleeping in the noise is not a big problem. But for many people, sleeping in a quiet suana is a must. Therefore, in order to make the atmosphere around you support your sleep process. Better when the room lights turned off, or changed to a light intensity / low power.
5. Brush your teeth and wash your feet / hands before bed
Brush your teeth before bed. Wash the feet / your hands so you do not dirty the bed of course.
6. Keep dangerous goods
Keep dangerous items out of you. While sleeping, you are not aware of the movement you are doing.
7. Keep equipment and tools you normally use everyday.
Disconnect and store the items you normally wear and use everyday, such as eyeglasses, walkers, and so forth.
8. Use bedding
Use equipment that will make your sleep more comfortable, such as nightwear / pajamas, blindfold, blanket, and so forth.
